Los Angeles Telugu Association (LATA) is a regional organization for Telugus living in Greater Los Angeles Metro Area. This organization promotes Telugu language and culture, coordinates community service activities and organizes youth empowerment programs with the help of the Telugu community.

Telugu Association of Southern California (TASC) was formed in the early 1970's as a non-profit organization to preserve, promote and celebrate the Telugu cultural heritage in Southern California. From its humble beginnings with a limited forum, the organization has grown by leaps and bounds to become one of the largest Indian-American organizations in California.
